Nano Ceramic Coating 9H 

The high-hardness protective coating designed for automotive paint surfaces is made of a silicone resin-nano silicon dioxide composite system (Silicon dioxide content ≥15%, particle size 8-15nm) and an environmentally friendly solvent (isopropyl alcohol/butyl acetate) to form a transparent glassy crystalline layer through a sol-gel reaction. The hardness reaches 9H pencil hardness (Mohs hardness ≈ 6), the hydrophobic angle ≥110°, high temperature resistance of 400°C, salt spray resistance for 600 hours, and wear resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-fouling effects; and the glossiness of the car paint is increased by 40% for up to 365 days.

Things to note	1. After crystal plating, master the reasonable wiping time, which depends on the weather temperature. When the towel sticks to the crystal plating layer and there is a little resistance or rainbow lines appear on the crystal plating layer, wipe it clean with a clean dry towel immediately. 2. After crystal plating, if rainbow lines appear or the car paint turns black, it is because it is wiped too late or missed. If it is within a few minutes, drop the original crystal plating liquid on the towel and wipe it off.

1. Substrate treatment:
New car: wipe the paint surface with degreaser to remove oil
Old car: wash (remove iron powder, tar asphalt and other stains), polish (polish and restore with water-based abrasive), remove clay scale, and then degrease (operate in a dust-free environment)
2. Coating construction:
Pour an appropriate amount of crystal plating liquid on the sponge, apply it evenly to a 40×40cm area in a tic-tac-toe grid, let it stand for 3-5 minutes, and wipe off the remaining liquid with a microfiber towel; follow the above steps to evenly apply to the entire car body paint surface
3. Curing conditions:
Surface drying for 30 minutes (surface drying time will be extended if the ambient humidity is high), and completely cured in 72 hours (no water during this period)

FAQ

Q1: Can 9H hardness really prevent key scratches?
A: Limited protection!
9H pencil hardness ≈ Mohs hardness 4-5 (car key metal hardness ≈ 5.5-6.5)
Actual effect: resists sand and gravel/branch scratches, but hard metal objects will still scratch
Q2: Why are there still water marks after crystal plating?
A: Construction errors!
Three main reasons:

1.Water within 72 hours of curing period (not completely cross-linked)
2.Incomplete degreasing of paint surface (oil film residue)

3. Environmental dust pollution (dust-free workshop does not meet standards)
Q3: Can swirl marks be covered?
A: Must be polished in advance!
The crystal plating liquid is a transparent covering layer, which will magnify the original scratches (the principle is similar to glass embossed paper)
